The C1 Single-Cell Auto Prep System is based on microfluidic technology and enables you to rapidly isolate, process, and profile individual cells for genomic analysis. You can extract, reverse transcribe and amplify nucleic acids using just one technology, reducing the variability caused by multi-platform technical errors.
Prominent single-cells applications available on the C1 are mRNA-seq (broad range of protocols), whole genome DNA-seq, TCR sequencing (TraCeR), ATAC-seq, CAGE, as well as transcriptome preamplification for downstream qPCR analysis. These methods enable you to study cell differentiation, characterize rare subpopulations, measure individual cell responses to specific stimuli, verify critical disease biomarkers, validate RNAi knockdown, and conduct candidate drug screens.
